A Word or Two About The Library...
This page includes an assortment of my favorite books, both timely and classic, from my own library. As such, this is by no means a definitive list, just the list of what I find to be important reading that I myself have read. Further, this book list is for everybody, it is not meant as a book list for psychologists. I have been careful when selecting this list from my own library, not to include things that have either no relevance to this website or what may be beyond the scope of the general public. There is a compilation of self-help and what I call 'spirintual' (a combo of spiritual and inspirational) books, as well as science-based books and many categories in-between.
What ties these books together (aside from the fact that they come from my library) is that I find they are important reads for anyone either dealing with, recovering from, or has an interest in a process addiction. For the sake of organization I have classified each book into one of several categories. But please be aware that these categories are somewhat arbitrary and almost any one of these books can and does fit into numerous other categories since as a psychologist, I would classify them all under "psychology".
This page will be periodically updated.
